History of Oval Crono

Oval Crono was founded in July 2020 by Puerto Rican athlete Joel Martínez Tirado. Joel has dedicated more than 14 years of his life to the sport of athletics, participating in countless national and international competitions. The idea of creating the Oval Crono brand came to him in the midst of the pandemic we were going through at that time. The passion for this sport, and for wanting to contribute some of his knowledge to other developing athletes led him to conceptualize what today is the Oval Crono brand.

The name Oval Crono basically comes from the word Ovalo referring to the athletic track and Crono from the word Kronos of Greek origin that was used in ancient Greece to refer to time.
